2. BelO–the Haiti-based singer is up for the John Lennon Songwriting Award for his song “Citizen of the World”.
The world music singer is one of the 36 finalists who are up for the prize. The winners will be announced later on this year. Judges for this year’s contest include George Clinton, Natasha Bedingfield, Fergie, Flea of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Jimmy Cliff, Sheila E., Bob Weir, SWitchfoot, Bootsy Collins. 3. Andre Berto…yes Andrecito Bertito.
Andre Berto was seen walking up the steps of the Intercontiental Hotel in Buckhead, Georgia. Must be good to be back home.
He was also captured by photographer Prince Williams, as he was doing jènnjan in da club in Atlanta with reality TV star Bambi.
4. Wyclef is a Mexican, and we’re all Mexicans.
Can’t stop talking about Wyclef. Will never stop talking about him. This week a music video starring Wyclef and a host of other artists entitled “We Are All Mexicans”. You can peep a video below of him discussing his participating in the project.
