Haiti singer Belo performed in Louisiana over the weekend at the 30th Annual Festival International de Lousiane. The singer was the only act at the festival coming directly from Haiti. Considered one of the biggest festivals of its kind in that state, the four-day event features acts from all over the world, and showcases crafts and global cuisine as well.
